Diana’s Snazy Face Painting LLC – Service Agreement

Thank you for booking with us! Please review and agree to the terms below to ensure a smooth and colorful event experience.

Booking Details:

Service: Face painting for your event by Diana’s Snazy Face Painting LLC.

Artist Capacity: One artist paints 15–25 quick designs per hour. Large events may book up to 5 artists (based on availability).

Duration: Select the number of hours and quantity of artists required via the "Extras" section when booking.

Example: "Extras – Qty 1" = 1 additional artist for the full event duration.

Setup Requirements:

10x10 ft space with a large table (hip-height) provided by the venue.

For outdoor events, flat surface and shade are required. Tents can be rented from us (extra charge); client is responsible for permits if needed.

Arrival & Equipment:

Artists arrive 30–60 minutes before start time.

We provide all professional materials, including a high chair and compact setup.

Please reserve nearby parking for ease of unloading.

Health & Safety:

Brushes are cleaned with soapy water and alcohol between uses.

We use hypoallergenic products. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request (additional fee), covering reactions or property damage.

Service Policy:

Artists can complete 15–35 designs/hour, depending on complexity.

We may close the line an hour early to complete all faces in time.

If desired, guests may receive complimentary glitter if time allows.

Bathroom breaks:

One 15-minute break per artist every 4 hours. A sign and supervisor notice will be provided.

Extension & Add-Ons:

Extra time: $99 per 30 minutes.

Individual add-on designs (if time allows): $15 each.

Cancellations:

Please give advance notice for cancellations or reschedules.

50% of the service fee will be charged for cancellations, as we reserve your time exclusively.

No cash refunds – only service rescheduling.

Event Conditions:

Service is provided rain or shine. Please plan appropriately for outdoor conditions.

Contact Info: Artist on your booking appointment, text is best.

Add an alternate contact person/number for the day of the event.

Agreement:

By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you agree to these terms and conditions with Diana’s Snazy Face Painting LLC.
